Obtaining the proper permits is a necessity for commercial ventures. Permits are required to ensure regulations are met for safety, conservation, and maintenance of community character. For more information or to review municipal zoning, subdivision and land development or Historic Architectural Review Board ordinances, please contact the EDA office. The EDA is also available to advocate for your commercial project throughout the municipal process.
